4. Orders & Acceptance

Makhraaz Foods LLP reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order due to:

• Pricing errors or discrepancies
• Payment issues or verification failures
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Delivery location not serviceable

• Payments are processed through secure PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways.
• We never store your debit card, credit card, or UPI credentials.
• Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, COD (where available).
• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD confirmation.
• All prices are in INR (Indian Rupees) and inclusive of applicable taxes.

• Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days across India.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances.
• You will receive tracking information via email once dispatched.
• We are not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services.

Being food products, our items follow special return policies:

• Food products cannot be returned once opened.
• Returns accepted only if product is damaged, incorrect, or defective upon delivery.
• Report issues within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
• Refunds processed within 5-7 business days after approval.
• Refunds credited to original payment method.
